We can easily use Notification subsystem to report failures like these. The only problem is to find out right recipients. We need to know, who has scheduled the refresh to happen. If the user clicks on the refresh button, he or she should receive a failure. If the refresh happens because of something else scheduling it, we need to find out correct recipients. |
