Description of problem:
In Satellite 6.2 WebUI using IE 11 is not possible to change environment in existing Activation key.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2.2 (and earlier)
Windows 7, IE 11.0.9600.18376 on a VDI environment

How reproducible:
???

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WebUI
2. Go to some Activation Key and click on checkbox to change environment.
Works when creating new one.

Actual results:
WebUI doesn't check the box

Expected results:
Possible to change environment

Additional info:
In installation guide are IE 10 and 11 mentioned that "The Satellite web UI interface will function correctly", therefore, it's considered as a bug.
