A new fluentd package and its dependencies have been added to oVirt distribution for Fedora 24 and similar distributions. For CentOS 7 and similar distributions, the fluentd package is provided by CentOS OpsTools SIG repository already enabled by ovirt-release.

Description of problem:
fluentd package is already available on CentOS but is missing on Fedora.
We should provide fluentd on Fedora as well.

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.
