1. Proposed title of this feature request =>  s2i-php composer with proxy settings 


3. What is the nature and description of the request? => We need s2i-php to use proxy settings when trying to build composer.json

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) => PHP builds with composer

 5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) => Assemble script updated for s2i-php

6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented. => we can test builds after the scripts have been updated on our side and Red Hat also

 7. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla? => Not to my knowledge

8. Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target (i.e. RHEL5, RHEL6)? => No

9. Is the sales team involved in this request and do they have any additional input? As far as I can tell, no.

 10. List any affected packages or components. => I believe this is the upstream of the s2i builder for php https://github.com/sclorg/s2i-php-container

 11. Would the customer be able to assist in testing this functionality if implemented? => Yes

Red Hat does not currently plan to provide any further changes to this collection in a Red Hat Software Collections update release.

This software collection is nearing the retirement date (April 2018) after which customers are encouraged to upgrade to a later release.

So will you add this support in the newer s2i php image version?
