Description of problem:
After discussion with dev, qe and gss we decided to mark Clustered Message Grouping feature as technical preview. Could we add a note with this information to Administration User and Configuration Guide [1]

We use the phrase 'may be subject to' in the 7.x documentation also. We should probably change it to 'could be subject to'; however I don't think it's critical for the 6.4 documentation.
