Description of problem:


Tracker RFE for the following BZs:


- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1379698 Change rabbitmq queues HA mode from ha-all to ha-exactly
- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1347371 RFE: Balance Rabbitmq Queue Master Location on queue declaration with min-masters strategy
- Rabbitmq dynamic threads (there is no bug). It already landed in downstream builds
- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1273108 Configure httpchk as health check option for all api services

Closing the tracker in agreement with Scott, we are tracking the other dependent bugs already.
