In 3.4, oc new-app will guide the user through setting up git creds based on what the user has provided locally.

Docs might need to be updated in more places than one for using this new feature.

- Test general usage of oc new-app and identify what happens
- Find other possible areas of documentation that might require additional documentation (apart from PR 3063)

I couldn't find any new options added to "oc new-app" and it appears the workflow uses "oc build-secret", which Cesar Wong already implemented and Brice merged. I emailed Cesar if anything further is required and he said he doesn't think anything else needs to be documented beyond what's in PR#3063.

I think we can close this BZ since the function proposed in the BZ Description won't be implemented.
