Description of problem:
Impossible to edit "Top Level" folder after selecting Group in "Edit Report Menus". It is not clickable. But if you select another folder(for ex. "Events") and press "Top Level" again it will be editable.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.7.0.4-alpha1.20161005153002_cfc8a23

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Cloud Intel -> Reports
2. Select "Edit Report Menus"
3. Select any Group ( for ex. EvmGroup-administrator)
4. Press "Top Level" folder button to edit it

Actual results:
Folder is not clickable

Expected results:
Folder clickable and possible to edit subfolders position

Zita,

looks like on initial load of Reports Menu Editor, it doesn't show all the folders under Top Level node on the right side, and "Top Level" node is not clickable, so only way you can get to those is if you click on a folder on the left first and then click on "Top Level" node.

Let me know if you have questions.

Thanks,
~Harpreet
