Description of problem:
When doing GET for ovirt-engine/api/, externalvmimports link is missing, but doing POST action on /ovirt-engine/api/externalvmimports is working.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open REST API
2. Get /ovirt-engine/api/
3.

Actual results:
externalvmimports link is missing

Expected results:
externalvmimports link should be listed

The fix for this issue should be included in oVirt 4.1.0 beta 1 released on December 1st. If not included please move back to modified.
