Just updated the system and a new build of ardour was installed but I can still not create a new project. Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I can reproduce the problem (even on the new 5.5 release). I haven't run into it myself because I always create projects in a subdirectory of my home, not directly there. (In reply to Nils Philippsen from comment #2) > Hi! I have tried to create a project in folder like Download, Music and also in folders I have created (~/*) but I am not able to create a project. This message is a reminder that Fedora 25 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 25. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '25'.
