Description of problem:

As a first proof-of-concept release, we'd like to report back results of an rpmdeplint run as comments to Errata Tool. This serves two purposes:

1) We can run the trigger against real production builds and find (most likely) problems and fix them
2) Users can get familiar with the results providing feedback for their packages under test.

For this minimal version what we need is:

* Providing comments using the API implemented in Bug 1292774
* Maybe a configurable template on what gets send back

This will not provide any access to test run logs for users, since those runs are primarily for us for testing. The next stage should tie the trigger in with Beaker, which provides the full suite of discoverability.
