Description of problem:
While generating .pdf with 'Download summary in PDF format' option, the localized content rendering as string of '?'.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.5-alpha2.20161014143521_cd366b6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login cfme with non US locale.
2. Navigate to 'Networks' - 'Providers' and click on any provider, click on PDF icon with 'Download summary in PDF format' tool-tip.
3. Observe the localized content rendering in string of '?' in generated .pdf

Actual results:
Localized content rendering failed in downloaded pdf summary page.

Expected results:
Localized content should render correctly.

Additional info:
This is reproducible for all the occurrences of 'Download summary in PDF format' across CFME.

    These fonts are then used by prince to create PDF reports
    in Chinese and Japanese locales.

Tested on 5.7.0.9-beta2.1.20161101182054_eb0afaa
PDF rendering is fine now with locale text.

Could not reproduce the issue. Rendering is fine.
