Description Sandro Bonazzola 2016-10-18 14:52:48 UTC
We're missing functional testing of optional services running on separate hosts:
 - DWH
 - WebSocket Proxy
 - ImageIO

Comment 1 Yaniv Kaul 2016-10-19 15:40:05 UTC
DWH is hard - it takes time to process anything - and in the fast time it runs, there won't be time for any aggregation.
Websocket proxy - for Spice? For the webadmin? For serial?
For Spice, we still don't open a Spice console; for serial - same.

Image IO - agreed - in 4.1 there should be a REST API to it, and we'll add an image upload & download test.

I'm not sure I ever got to submit the imageio thing.
In any case, I cannot be assigned to this as I won't be working on it.

We didn't get to this bug for more than 2 years, and it's not being considered for the upcoming 4.4. It's unlikely that it will ever be addressed so I'm suggesting to close it.
If you feel this needs to be addressed and want to work on it please remove cond nack and target accordingly.

Comment 4 Michal Skrivanek 2020-04-01 14:46:59 UTC
Closing old bug. Please reopen if still relevant/you want to work on it.
