Description of problem:
All dependent_products data lost after migrate to BZ5.0

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.3-rh11

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import a database of BZ4.4, then run script :
time su apache -s /bin/bash -c /usr/share/rh-bugzilla/upgrades/bz5-depedent-products.pl 2&> dp.log
2.Then check the some product's dependent_product data setting, e.g RHEL6, Openshift Online

Actual results:
All dependent_product setting is empty

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh12)
Result: Failed
Steps:
1.It still show lots of error when execute whine.pl
please check the attachment
