Description of problem:

RHEL Version is showing 7.2  the login window after installing available RHGS 3.1.3 RHEL7.3 ISO

Screen shot of the issue is attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Install the available RHGS 3.1.3 RHEL7.3
2. Check the RHEL version above the login prompt //it will be 7.2 

Actual results:

RHEL Version is showing 7.2 after installing RHGS 3.1.3 RHEL7.3 ISO


Expected results:
=================
Should show the correct version as per the ISO created ( ie RHEL7.3)

There is a login issue which is tracked in the bug -  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1384315

The latest RHGS-3.1-z-RHEL-7.3 ISO [1], including "redhat-release-server-7.3-7.el7" rather than the one built for RHGS-3.1-z , fixes the RHEL Version issue.
