Description Karel Volný 2016-10-19 13:39:24 UTC
Description of problem:
In LXQT, trying to make a screenshot via the PrintScreen key, nothing happens. It would be nice if lximage-qt added some handler for this, like for example ksnapshot works in KDE.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
lximage-qt-0.5.0-1.fc25.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into LXQT session
2. install lximage-qt
3. press PrintScreen key

Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
lximage-qt opens with screen capture pasted in it

Additional info:
I am not sure if this isn't more an upstream request ... Reporting here because I'd think that the solution would be something like to modify keybindings configuration when lximage-qt is installled, which I'd see more like a matter of packaging. Feel free to forward the issue, though.

AFAIK lximage-qt does not have any feature to grab a screen shot. Maybe it's possible with help from the clipboard.
About the configuration for PrintScreen key, we should discuss that for lxqt-globalkeys.
