Description of problem:
VMware svMotion fails when VMCI device is not present in the vmx file.

There is already a patch:

How reproducible:

Always if vmci0.present = "true" isn't set.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VM with libvirt
2. Attempt SVmotion
3.

Actual results:
SVmotion fails due to missing vmx line.

Expected results:
vmx line added and SVmotion is successful.

This is already fixed in RHEL 7.3 beta.
