libmspack should now be available on all arches (bug 1422266 comment 8). Please remove the with_libmspack arch restriction and rebuild. True, I know, I've been adding comments to that bug report too. The version with libmspack on all arches is evolution-ews-3.22.6-3.el7. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
