This is part of rebasing GNOME to 3.22.

The latest stable upstream release is currently 3.22.1.

libmspack should now be available on all arches (bug 1422266 comment 8).  Please remove the with_libmspack arch restriction and rebuild.

True, I know, I've been adding comments to that bug report too. The version with libmspack on all arches is evolution-ews-3.22.6-3.el7.
