The CharLS package recently became absent from the el6 repos. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CharLS-1.0-1.el6 was the latest available.

Always

1. visit https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/
2. search for CharLS

Actual results:
Not Found

Expected results:
Found/downloadable.

Additional info:
I can see a new build for 1.0-5.el6 was completed this morning. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=811329

Package was orphaned by the maintainer yesterday. I took it over, and pushed package. It will re-appear soon.
