Section Number and Name: 1.3. APPLYING VIRTUAL GUEST SUBSCRIPTIONS

Describe the issue: This section makes it sound as though vms must be registered as compute resources to use virtual guest subscriptions. I suspect that it was intended to indicate that either VMs must be registered as compute resources OR virt-who must be installed and configured. 

Suggestions for improvement: If this is true, re-word the section to make it clear that one or the other of these conditions must be met, rather than the current wording of: "The requirements to successfully applying virtual machine subscriptions include:" (this also implies that the list isn't exhaustive, which it should be).

Additional information: Not sure of the technical accuracy of this wording, but as a guideline, I suggest something along the lines of:

To apply virtual machine subscriptions, you must either:
Register each virtualization manager or hypervisor as a Compute Resource in Satellite. See the Red Hat Satellite 6 Provisioning Guide for more information.

or: 

Install and configure the virt-who daemon. This document will guide you through the necessary configuration steps.

Hello Russell, Stephen,

This caught my eye and I wanted to make a suggestion:

"Host-based subscriptions are subscriptions which are applied to a host and inherited by its guests."

might be further shortened and clarified to:

"Host-based subscriptions are applied to a host and inherited by its guests."

but it's not worth another merge if you've completed the work already.
