Section Number and Name: Section 3 Database Images

Describe the issue: In the below article we see that from OSE 3.3 release mariadb is now a supported database image hence we need to add a new section for this image with more details.

Hi @haowang, 

I added the MariaDB section in PR4078[1]. MariaDB is very similar MySQL, so I borrowed some content from the MySQL section. Primarily from Creating a Database Service from a Template through the rest of the section. Please review when you get a chance.

I have review the pull request and find two minor issues, have added comments to it. So moving this bug assigned until the two issues being fixed.
