Automated Installation, step 11 - Sync nodes

There was an issue where the hosts needs to be re-activated after enabling gluster capability on the cluster. This is no longer required with RHV 4.0.5 as the issue was fixed with the bug -https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1313497

So remove the "step 11 - Sync nodes" step from 'Automated Installation'.
There is no corresponding step available in Manual steps.

I've updated the article to remove "11. Sync nodes" and the known issue now that RHV 4.0.5 is available. I've also renumbered the steps.

Now setting to ON_QA.
