A section on logging in to the CloudForms user interface for the first time must be added as a new section at the end of each of the installation guides. This section should include a procedure that provides the following details -

* Where to find the login screen (at https://xx.xx.xx.xx on the VM instance)
* The default credentials (admin | smartvm)
* How to change the default password and log in

Chris - what we'll need to do is create a new topic for the content in the 'common' directory, then add an xref to that topic in the master.adoc file for each of the Installation Guides so that the same content can be shared across each guide.
