Description of problem:

The default docker log driver should be journald in lieu of json-file for our supported aggregated logging solution and to scale at large cluster sizes.  It currently defaults to:

 --log-driver=json-file --log-opt max-size=50m

Verified on openshift v3.5.0.17+c55cf2b, the default docker log driver for both master and node machines are "--log-driver=journald", set to verified.

The verified version of ansible is openshift-ansible-3.5.5-1.git.0.3ae2138.el7.noarch.rpm
