Description of problem: Topology View is available only at Provider level, which make it hard to use and limit value


[RFE]: Being able to open Topology view at different objects below manager to show parents of child of the object.
For example, At OpenStack Instance level, you can see the OpenStack Tenant Parent and Childe:  IPs, Volumes, Flavors etc...
Or at Container level, you can see all Image used and pods, Nodes, Project etc..
