Steps to Reproduce:
Ran into this when investigating https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1375253.
1. Infra > Providers > Add
2. Type: RHEV
3. Add Default and C&U credentials
4. Validate
5. If it was a success, start from the beginning
6. Otherwise, click Validate, until it succeeds
7. Click Add

Actual results:
Blank page with an error message in plaintext OR a modal window.
If its a blank page, you just reproduced the issue! Otherwise, remove the provider and try again.

Expected results:
The error should always be in a modal window.

This is the error message "An unhandled lowlevel error occurred. The application logs may have details." and I'll be adding logs shortly.

This is atleast related if not a duplicate of bug 1388188

This one looks like similar or dup of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1388188.

unable to reproduce this, I wrote some automation to continuously hit the  validate button on an appliance with an unpatched ovirt gem and couldn't force this to happen, even on 5.7.0.6 of the original description despite multiple people hitting this, closing as unreproducible for now.
