Description of problem:

UI Log Collection for Red Hat Dropbox does not ask for case number. This will prevent support engineers from being able to collect logs based on a case number. 

The customer will have to search through the log for the file name that was used when uploading to the Red Hat Dropbox.

Martin,

Can you take a look it this, it looks like that prompt for support is no longer working, when pressing Collect logs toolbar buttons in OPS/Diagnostics on Zone and server level tree nodes.

toolbar code that is supposed to enable prompt is at https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/master/app/helpers/application_helper/button/collect_logs.rb#L5
JS code that should have displayed the prompt is at https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/master/app/assets/javascripts/miq_application.js#L1480-L1485
