Describe the issue: 

We have a new scenario which is the Atomic Registry install:

deployment_subtype=registry

The disconnected instructions need to be updated for this scenario as well. 

There is a new container which is the "openshift3/registry-console" container, this also is needed as I understand (this is the Cockpit web console) and the instructions for disconnected need to pull this container and cover how to install a stand-alone Atomic Registry in a disconnected manner.

My customer has no direct access to registry.access.redhat.com and relies on container images proxied via Satellite 6 to deploy disconnected. They need instructions for this.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Add a new section to the disconnected install entitled "installing the Atomic Registry disconnected"

Most of change are okay for me in the PR, only one place need be updated.

:latest-registry-console-tag: v3.4
should be updated to
:latest-registry-console-tag: 3.4


Because by default, registry-console installed by installer is using 3.4 as image tag without "v" prefix for tag.
