Description of problem:
During the text mode installation there is no possibility to setup NTP server(s).
In the graphical installation exist this possibility.
Would be possible to add this to the anaconda text installation  ?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL 7

How reproducible:
Install RHEL7 via text mode. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose text mode install
2. Try to setup NTP

Actual results:
Only Timezone settings are available on the mode installator.

Expected results:
Add possiblity to setup NTP servers during the text mode installation.

This has been implemented for 7.3 - see bug 1269399.
