Josh, the 500 error means that there was an unexpected error within RHV. We need the RHV logs for that date/time in order to determine what happened. These logs are in the RHV machine: /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log, /var/log/ovirt-engine/server.log and /var/log/httpd/ssl_access_log.
