Description of problem:
Go to monitoring page, select "Deployments" from the resource list, refresh the page then resource type will be set as "Replication Controllers"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
latest origin-web-console(latest commit is e79e649)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Deployment

    spec:
      containers:

      maxUnavailable: 2
    type: RollingUpdate
EOF
# oc create -f deployment.yaml
2.Go to Monitoring page, select "Deployments" to only monitor deployments
3. Refresh the page

Actual results:
3. After refresh the monitoring page, Resource type is shown as "Replication Controllers" in the list

Expected results:
3. There is no "Replication Controllers" resource type in the list on Monitoring page, so should set resource type as "Deployments"

When "Deployments" selected,Refreshing Monitoring page/Going back after redirected to other pages could set resource type correctly as "Deployments"
