Description of problem:
The changes under My Settings -> Default Filters page can not be saved or reset because of the disabled 'Save' and 'Reset' buttons.

Version 5.7.0.7-beta1.20161025153249_9376fbd


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into cfme
2. Navigate to My Settings -> Default Filters tab
3. Make some changes and try to save or reset the changes

Actual results:
'Save' and 'Reset' buttons are not enabled to apply the changes 

Expected results:
'Save' and 'Reset' buttons should be enabled to apply the changes

Krishna,

I am unable to recreate this issue locally, do you have an appliance i can access to see this happening. Additionally please let me know which browser, browser version you are using to access the server.
