Doc Text:	PVC create code was modified to handle storage classes but the wrong parameters were being passed when a user chose no storage class. Without the proper parameters, the API would return an error which appeared to hang on the console. The code was corrected to pass the proper variables in all situations and everything now works as intended.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
Create PVC from Storage page hangs

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.4.0.16

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Storage page
2.Click "Request Storage"
3.Set Name: test-pvc
Select Access Mode
Set Capacity
4.Click on "Create"

Actual results:
4.The page hangs and gave no response

Expected results:
4.Should create pvc successfully

PR #749 is open to fix this issue

This has been merged into ose and is in OSE v3.4.0.18 or newer.

Checked on OCP openshift v3.4.0.18, could create pvc from storage page successfully now. The bug is fixed, so move it to Verified.
