Description of problem:

[RFE] - Built Button to modify VM Boot Order from Satellite

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Existing VM that was provisioned from satellite needs to be rebuilt.
We go into satellite, find the host, and press the build button and select restart.
We would expect this to rebuild the VM. It does not because the boot order on the VM is set to boot to hard disk before PXE. The system will never PXE boot and rebuild.

The end user has to manually edit the boot order to put the PXE before hard disk in the bios of the VM. It seems like this setting is accessible via PowerCLI for VMware, and LibVirt could potentially access this configuration.

We would like libvirt through satellite to change the vm boot order to have network first whenever a system is in the build mode, and when it is done building (which satellite knows about) it puts the hard disk first again.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. VM Boot Order for the current VM is Hardisk

2. Click on Built on already provisioned machine and reboot

Actual results:

machine does not rebuilt and boot normally from local.

The end user has to manually edit the boot order to put the PXE before hard disk in the bios of the VM.

Expected results:

Machine should rebuilt and for this Satellite should be able to manage the boot order of the VM from Web UI
