Description of problem:
It has no option to set etcd host in quick installer tool now. In case of customer  want the dedicated etcd host, it is better to provide such option.

Actual results:
In attended mode, there is no option to set a dedicated etcd.

Expected results:
It should afford this option just like LB does.

The quick installer is not intended to provide this level of flexibility.
