Description of problem:

xorg-x11-server-devel-1.19.0-0.3.20161026.fc25.x86_64 ships
/usr/include/xorg/dixfontstr.h which has #include <X11/fonts/libxfont2.h> 
but the xorg-x11-server-devel package does not require libxfont2-devel

I got a compilation error because of this when trying to build the xorg qxl driver which includes this header.

Thanks for the bug report, fixed in rawhide (will get picked up in F25 with the next bug-fix build), closing.

I see you added a Requires to the rawhide package, but shouldn't this be done upstream at the .pc file level? Or have you queued a patch doing that as well?
