LibreOffice show only quoter workspace

Description of problem:
LibreOffice, VLC present graphic in wrong way - only a quoter of screen. I could not get snapshot, becouse GIMP give me only black snapshot( may be one reason problem ). So find in attachment 2 [details] pics, which present "only a quoter of screen" for LibreOffice session and VLC session.

Fedora25 with current updates.

How reproducible:
Problem started after Fedora25 Alpha installation and steel same for current update.

I'm reassigning this to LibreOffice since VLC is not in Fedora repositories.

hmm, huge icons, I suspect this is a hidpi screen.

I'm guessing that its hidpi problems given the icon size in the toolbar which is another hidpi problem
