signpost-commonshttp4 sub module is used by http-builder [1]
and this last one is necessary to upgrade gradle to 3.1+
Please, enable this feature in signpost-core package

This is required for Gradle 3.1 update in Fedora. Can we have the module enabled please?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.
