Informal discussion with Brassow indicated that we don't really need to provide these examples in the doc, but I'm leaving this open and moving it to 7.5 just to be sure in a more formal way -- perhaps we can look at this issue again before closing this bug.

I found the review from jbrassow, as part of the 7.4 doc plans review:

"I wouldn't bother documenting "BZ#1390358:Add example commands to RAID0 LVM doc." unless it is in the context of other reshape/takeover examples."

Closing this as not a bug.
