When the hostname of the OpenStack instance is not know yet, it looks a bit weird
in the recipe summary box. Even though the hostname is pointless as people cannot ssh into the instance since it has not been assigned with a float ip, we still want to show it and eventually we will have a good hostname for multihost so people then can ssh into it.
