FAQ says mailing lists are not allowed to be in groups. instead of this we should have an audit process to see how a mailing list is configured and map that to groups a list is allowed to be in.

Need to have a process for initial and on going auditing.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh15)
Result: Pass
