Description of problem:

Hello, I got a problem, I am running docker container on rhel7.2 ,I have a lot of containers ,but one is odd,Nov08 is about 7days later.

in container:
#docker exec -it cc249b175c49 /bin/bash

#date
Tue Nov  1 13:52:16 CST 2016

#ps aux
USER       PID %CPU %MEM    VSZ   RSS TTY      STAT START   TIME COMMAND

but at localhost,ps aux print right timestamp.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
