This bug is rebase bug for 4.1 GA release

Depended bug bz#1263785 is planned for 4.2


Please or remove dependent bug so errata process is unblocked
Or change this bug release and move erratum accordingly

This was originaly a a 4.1 bug. Removed dependent bug now.
