Description of problem:
Receiving dependecy errors when applying security errata to satellite client ssytems.

How reproducible:
1. Login to Satellite UI
2. Content View includes:
--- RHEL6
--- Satellite Tools

3. Filters include:
--- Security: June 30, 2016 - Dec 31, 2017 
--- Bugfix/Enhancement: Nov 9, 2010 - Dec 31, 2017

4. Click on Host
5. Apply associated security errata

The bugzilla is very similar to bug 1390389.  If the issue is with needing support for dependency solving, I'd recommend that same approach as: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1390389#c1 .   Does that sound reasonable?
