Description of problem:

hp-plugin can't be installed, and so HP printers don't work as a result.

hplip-3.16.9-1.fc24.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run hp-plugin

Actual results:

$ hp-plugin 

HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.16.9)
Plugin Download and Install Utility ver. 2.1

Expected results:
Should have installed it. This always worked previously. Multiple attempts lead to the same result. It looks like there is a mismatch between the checksum and the plugin.

Hi Nineth,

would you mind upgrading to hplip-3.16.10, if issue will disappear?

Works with 3.16.10
