This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.

Attached log seems to mention dhcp package, not dhcpcd package. dhcpd is not service provided by dhcpcd.

But EPEL has no dhcp package. Please report a new bug if it persist, please ensure you have specified version of package your are using.
