Description of problem:
It always hang there when updating a bug which in security group

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.3-rh13

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a bug and add it to security group.
2.Login by admin, then update the summary of this bug, save.
3.

Actual results:
This update action always hang there and no terminate.

Expected results:
Could update bug smoothly.

Cannot duplicate on devel server. Can you tail -f the logs and see where it's hanging?

Please note that, the bug creator uploaded GPG key but the bug updater doesn't upload GPG.

What does GPG have to do with this? GPG is only used for processing incoming emails.

After start that haveged.service, I couldn't reporduce this bug anymore. Please close this bug. Thanks.
