Description of problem: Tenant creation is failing by timing out.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Compute>Cloud>Tenants
2. Click on Configuration>Add new cloud tenant
3. Set a name and click save

Actual results: time out..


Expected results: it should work

I'm seeing some strange things in fog.log - is it possible to gain access to the ManageIQ and OpenStack instance?

yes, there are other errors not related to the issue..

you can try this system.. https://10.9.62.112/, usual credentials
it is not beta 2 but this is the same issue on beta 1 and beta 2.

Loic, while I can reproduce this issue on the CFME system in your link in Comment 5, I can no longer reproduce it against an upstream master system.  Can we close this or do want someone to continue to look at it?
