Description of problem:
 ELAN Touchpad stopped working in kernel 4.8.2. In kernel 4.7.9 works.

How reproducible:
 Always when using this laptop model: Acer Aspire E15 E5-574-58JV

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install kernel-4.8.2-200.fc24.x86_64
2. reboot and boot with the previous selected kernel
3. try to use the touchpad

Actual results:
 Touchpad does not work, xinput does not list it.

Expected results:
 Touchpad gets listed in xinput and works.

kernel-4.8.4-200 seems to fix this issue.
