With RHEL 7.3, the adding the additional hosts from RHV UI fails.
BZ 1378087 is filed for this issue.

Current workaround is to create a dummy tuned profile and this step should be documented in the guide as well.

x. Create a dummy tuned profile as a workaround for the issue( BZ 1378087 )
      a. Create a directory under "/usr/lib/tuned" with the profile name, 'rhs-virtualization'
      # mkdir /usr/lib/tuned/rhs-virtualization
       
      b. Create an empty file with name 'tuned.conf', under the above created directory.
      # touch  /usr/lib/tuned/rhs-virtualization/tuned.conf

Also rename the article name from - "Deploying Red Hat's Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) for virtual workloads with RHEL 7.2, RHV 4, and RHGS 3.1.3" to "Deploying Red Hat's Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) for virtual workloads with RHEL 7.3, RHV 4, and RHGS 3.1.3"

The original issue was resolved with the latest tuned.
Its no longer a issue. Closing this bug
